Stephen is a Raptor with a stunning spread of talents. As our Operations Manager, he works to keep the business running smoothly, letting the rest of the team here devote their energy to powering our clients’ PR and comms.

Having previously stood as a founding Director of Waterfront Entertainment, which supplied games to numerous entertainment heavyweights including Sky, Direct TV and Nickelodeon, he absolutely knows the medium and its place in the wider world. But that depth of knowledge goes far beyond business roles. As a self-taught coder, Stephen has also contributed to the development and publishing of a number of mobile titles.

He is also both a qualified lawyer and accountant, and beyond games, has worked in senior operations and finance roles across a number of sectors including retail, manufacturing, and financial tech, arming himself with a breadth of knowledge that brings Raptor invaluable perspectives.

And Stephen doesn’t just help build brilliant game companies. He’s also a keen self builder of the very literal kind, having built and refurbished a number of properties. It's a process he’s seen to have numerous parallels with building thriving games and game companies – and another string to the bow of our Operations Manager.
